Jeffrey Shepherd

Jeff oversees underwriting and operations at NewBridge, playing a central role in evaluating new investments and executing transactions across the platform. He joined NewBridge from Deloitte, where he focused on financial transformation and worked with clients on complex, capital-intensive initiatives. Prior to Deloitte, Jeff worked directly with ownership teams on real estate strategy, financing solutions, and expansion opportunities. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, where he studied real estate finance and investment analysis.
